How I can help
I provide transformational therapy and coaching for individuals, couples, and families. For some, this means finding relief from struggles that have become all-consuming, such as anxiety, depression, or an eating disorder. For others, it may involve healing from past trauma and releasing the pain you continue to carry. Our work may focus on creating more connected and satisfying relationships or building a more fulfilling and successful professional life. Or, it may be about finding clarity and the determination to make an important transition or life change. ​Because each person’s experience is unique, my work is deeply personalized and holistic.

I approach therapy with warmth, curiosity, and care, helping clients move beyond insight alone toward deeper, embodied shifts that create lasting change.
